PitoReel, Inc. ("PitoReel") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the PitoReel platform.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on PitoReel infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on PitoReel where the material appears.
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Our Response
- Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 24 hours.
- We will notify the content uploader that their content has been removed and provide them with a copy of the notice.
- Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we will restore the removed content.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
- First offense: Content removed, warning issued.
- Second offense: Content removed, account suspended for 30 days.
- Third offense: Account permanently terminated.
6. Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
